Brother Augusto, 78 years old, is a man who has dedicated his entire life to the Lord. Every single day, without pause, he devotes countless hours to evangelism. From late afternoon, usually around 5–6 PM, until late at night—often even until 1 in the morning—he continues tirelessly in his mission. He does not know Sundays or rest days; his commitment is constant, persistent, and fervent. As he often says, “The great command is to go and preach the Gospel.”
Since the day of his conversion, when the Lord completely transformed his life, Augusto has given God not only his heart but also his strength, his labor, and the little that he possesses. He lives in conditions of near poverty, yet his faith is abundant and unshakable. He testifies that, despite his age and hardships, he has never spent a day in the hospital and takes no medicines—placing his full trust in the grace and strength of the Lord.
With his megaphone in hand, he preaches in the streets, in the squares, and wherever it is possible to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ. His long walks have worn out more than one pair of shoes, but he presses on faithfully, recalling the words of Scripture: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the good news of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!”
At his side, his wife stands faithfully, supporting him in this ministry, even though she too endures poverty and the struggles of daily life.
We ask you, please, to continue praying for Brother Augusto and his wife—that the Lord may keep them in good health, provide for their material needs, and strengthen them so they may continue to boldly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the light and hope for all.
